At PlayNest UK, we want every family to shop with confidence. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, PlayNest UK offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for your added peace of mind.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging, including tags, accessories, and manuals
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a return regardless of condition. Please contact us first so we can assist you.
4. Free Returns
- A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible UK returns
- No restocking fees apply
5. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@playnestuk.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label
- Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated courier
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as a return authorisation is required.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, in accordance with UK consumer law. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days if the item is faulty
- A repair or replacement after 30 days where applicable
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
